Daniel Bayley is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Daniel assists the Bayley Law Firm clients in all matters of litigation. While his primary focus is on family law matters, Daniel also has extensive experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, real estate, and property law matters. He has served as lead counsel for a home owners association. After receiving his law degree from Barry University School of Law, Daniel began working at one of Florida’s largest law firms. While there he gained invaluable legal experience, and a working knowledge of a number areas of law.
Eventually he grew tired of the large firm mentality that prevented him from making a connection with the client, and desired an opportunity to work one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their goals. That desire led Daniel to join his brother, Andrew Bayley at The Bayley Law Firm, where he has assisted in providing clients top-notch legal representation with an emphasis towards customer service and ensuring that every client that hires the Bayley Law Firm is a client for life.
As of January 2025, Daniel Bayley achieved Board Certification in Family Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Fewer than 1% of Texas attorneys hold this certification.
